Kursen fokuserar teori och praktik för friformsmodellering. Teorin bakom friformskurvor och friformsytor tas upp. Även kopplingen mellan kurvor och ytor tas upp, både i teorin och i praktiken. Vidare förklaras analys av kurvor och ytor samt övergångar mellan dessa.
